Accepting the terms and conditions:

 

Creating an account:

 

By creating an account, you hereby agree that you are 18 years and over, if you are under 18. You will need to ask a parent or guardian to create an account under their name. We also can delete accounts at your request or delete ourselves without any notice if any fake or fraudulent information has been submitted.

 

Placing an order:

 

By placing your order, you agree that you will need to pay via PayPal and create an account to process your order. We only accept this at the moment and we do not accept anything else, to cancel your order before you have paid the invoice, please fill out the contact form on the home page and include the order number, email address and reason for cancellation in the message box.

 

Sending orders:

 

You accept that we will provide a sample of your intro or outro for the first 7 days and we shall not place any texts that you mention, the text will be 'NAME' as a sample. We will also leave a watermark and the quality will be in 720p for the first 7 day period. After 7 days, we will provide you with your order that you placed without any watermarks and we will provide you with your requirements e.g. texts, music or 60fps ad ons please note that a special request may not be guaranteed) If you haven't provided us with your desired texts, music or any other requirements on the video we will email you and ask you what text, logos, music (non copyright versions). By placing an order, you hereby adhere to these terms and conditions. We will not be responsible for any copyright violations or strikes you gained because of your chosen music or any specific things for us to add in, therefore we will not be held liable for any copyright violations.

 

Refunds:

 

There is a 7-day refund term; if you would like to request a refund, please email us within 7 days of purchase and include your account number, sort code and your name on the account for the funds to go to. After the refund has completed, the email you sent us will be deleted, no information of yours will be held by us once an order has been refunded, we will also be sending a confirmation email to say that a refund has been issued.

 

Our rights:

 

We have the right to, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, refuse service, ban or cancel orders if we believe you have violated our terms and conditions.

 

Your rights:

 

You have the right to, cancel an order before the invoice is paid, request a refund within 7 days of purchase, request a replacement after the refund period, write reviews if you have used our service.

 

Live chat:

 

You may use live chat for pre sale advice or ask us questions about our service etc. You may not not spam our live chat, enter fake information etc, necessary steps will be taken.

 

Emails:

 

You may email us about an order you placed, enquire/ask a question or email about your warranty, you may not ask for multiple replacements or threaten the service otherwise we will be taking necessary steps e.g. ip ban, refuse service, block an email address and other steps to protect Intro Services Online.

 

VAT:

 

We do not charge vat under any circumstances since we are not registered yet.

 

Replacement videos:

 

If you are not happy with your order we provided, you can either ask for a replacement after 7 days or ask us for a refund within the term. 

 

Intros and outros:

 

Intros and outros may vary e.g. backgrounds, if you are happy with this you can place your order.
